The room was dirty and it smelt of smoke. Plumbing clogged up. The hotel was badly maintained and managed. The fire alarm went off at one o'clock in the morning for no reason. This was the worst run hotel ever!

It was very convenient for us to stay there because it was near the airport and the cruise ship. They had a wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning.

This hotel made me feel respected: They showed us a lot of respect by the way that we were treated.

The waitress at the restaurant forgot a few things, she did not bring drinks right away, but the food was excellent. The price for the hotel stay was a bit much for an airport hotel. It offered very nice accommodations, though.

Our visit happened to be for the day after a hurricane had come on land. There was no electricity, but the staff did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in for years. There was extensive construction being done, the rooms were dirty, the carpets and curtains stained, and the area was very noisy.

The air conditioner was faulty and at least 30 years old. The "heated" outdoor pool was as cold as ice. There was even a dead lizard in the window!

Our view was of a boat junkyard and a freeway. Stay well away from this slum (at $210 per day). Date of my stay was on 12/28/06.

This was my tenth year staying at this particular hotel. I feel very comfortable staying there and I am accustomed to the area. Unfortunately the grounds were somewhat damaged by last year's hurricanes so it could use some new landscaping. Almost the entire hotel staff was new this year, but they seemed to handle everything quite well.

The staff was very helpful with late night arrivals. They were very courteous. My room was very clean. The shuttle service from the airport was a little slow.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The hotel, lobby and restaurant were very clean and bright.

The cost of the room was much too high. I would have been happy with a cost of around $80, not $150.

The property was well-maintained. Its location was favorable for what I wanted to do. The price was right.

The day before we checked in, a hurricane had come through there. There was no power, phone service, or food.

The location was perfect, but the hotel lacked standard services such as valet and express check in/checkout. There was a hole in the wall. The security of the facility was a concern to me. The bellhop did not respond to requests.

I don't think that it is the most comfortable hotel as far as aesthetics and relaxation are concerned. The lobby is very uncomfortable. I also stayed at the Wyndham in Houston near the airport and as interesting as the hotel is in its design, it was very impersonal and the staff was quite impersonal, too. It's not my favorite hotel.

The room was awful. There was no coffee pot and only one mug. There was a hole in the wall. There were cigarette burn marks on the end table (in a non-smoking room). The bathtub drained slowly. There was a simple sheet on the bed without a mattress pad. There were stains on the top blanket. The room needed better lighting. There was a soda bottle in the floral decorations outside my room. The airport shuttle passed me up 3 times as I waited at the airport. The shuttle driver was very rude. The desk chair in my room had been chewed on, as if by a dog. The gym was pathetic. One good thing, they discounted the room by 20 dollars.

This hotel offers great value. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. But the courtesy shuttle from airport was a little slow.

I was pleasantly surprised by the attractiveness, comfort and quality of this hotel. I was expecting less as it was classified as an airport hotel. However, it was very peaceful and comfortable.

We stayed 2 nights prior to that at the Holiday Inn Miami and enjoyed that room a little better.

This was the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. I usually stay at one of the Hilton family of hotels and am usually quite satisfied. All of the others have exceeded my expectations.
