42 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The location is excellent. We got stuck there for an extra couple of days due to an ice and snow storm and the hotel gave us a discount on the room for those nights. On the negative side, the bed was terribly uncomfortable. The sheets kept coming undocked and they seemed too small and too short for the bed.

They had very comfortable beds with nice feather blankets and pillows. They had great shampoo and other products. It was nice to have two water bottles included as well as the newspaper. It was great to be able to check the e-mail. Nice apples and water were given in the lobby. It was great to have an iron and an ironing board in the room. The rooms were kind of dark and the bathroom could have been brighter. Also, there was a lot of noise from outside that filtered through to the rooms. The closets were somewhat small.
Personnel was always at the front of the hotel. I liked the quiet hallways.
I am very likely
to return to the Hilton Eugene & Conference Center.
