Hilton East Brunswick Hotel

As a frequent visitor of Hilton hotels, this was a major disappointment. The room came with none of the usual amenities I've come to expect. There was no refridgerator, no microwave, dirty bedding, no soap. This is definitely not in the same class as other Hilton hotels in other cities. This place needs to be completely redone. It does not carry the Hilton name with any kind of prestige or respect. Especially since it still charges guests the price of an upper class establishment. $10 for internet access. Just not what should be expected from a place with such a reputation and for the price you have to pay. Go elsewhere.

The location was very convenient although the traffic was terrible in the area, as always. Parking was on-site but it was very inconvenient since the elevators were not available and we had to walk up and down several floors of the garage to get to the building. Most of the ice machines were either broken or out of ice. I had to travel to numerous floors to get ice for medication that had to be kept cool.

This hotel made me feel respected: All the personnel were very polite.

I was there with a large group of over six hundred. The hotel staff was prepared for that type of volume for a weekend and handled us well.
