It was too noisy, they did not patrol the halls during spring break and they were screaming. The drinks machine did not work on my floor, it was very inconvenient.

We were very happy with our stay. All the employees were very helpful. I was not pleased how the parking for motorcycles went from one parking garage to the other and nor were the others. It would have been nice to have a crosswalk from the parking across the street to the hotel. Also it would have been nice to know that there was a buffet in one of the restaurants as we would have eaten there instead of at the sports grill.
All the employees acknowledged our presence when we passed by.

The location and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and had great views. My only complaint was that there was not a refrigerator in the room.

The maid service far exceeded our expectations and was a pleasant surprise.
The elevator could only access the level up to your own room and needed a key card. Also our car was valet parked in a parking ramp only for hotel guests.

The front desk and concierge service was excellent. We ate in all three restaurants and received less than adequate service. In one, the food was not what we expected. In the other two, the food was excellent but the service left us dissatisfied.
I called the hotel to confirm the reservation prior to the visit and the person was warm and polite. All the information was correct and when I asked to make the reservation for a king-size bed, again, the reservation clerk was enthusiastic and accommodating. When we arrived for the stay, all the pre-check had been done, and we just needed to sign for our stay. On our way to the room, the bellhop explained where the restaurants, pool, exercise room, etc., were located. He told us what was booked for entertainment, not just at the hotel, but within walking distance of the hotel, this was Biketober Fest, so there were many people in town. All of the staff members were smiling and gracious and focused on the customer.

This Hilton Hotel was recently renovated. It has an incredible view of the ocean, is clean, comfortable, and has well appointed rooms. The staff is warm and hospitable. The restaurant had good food, the piano bar, ocean bar, and sports bar, all added to our stay.
The front desk personnel were warm, congenial, and gave a sense that you mattered as a customer.
