The hotel was too large and poorly laid out. One phone never worked in my room in spite of three complaints.

I am not likely to return to the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Location, location, location in Dallas!. Like most Hilton properties, the Hilton Lincoln Centre is a solid hotel with a great location – directly across from the Galleria (great shopping) and the Grand Lux Café, and in very close proximity to Lincoln Center. (In fact, if you’re attending an event at Lincoln Centre, this is by FAR the most convenient place to stay.) This is a full-service hotel, with valet parking, concierge, shuttles to both the airport and the mall, and more. Room service is good – nothing to write home about but it’s hot and fresh and welcome after a really long day. (The pulled pork sandwich is actually quite good – even through room service, they take BBQ seriously in Texas.) There is a self-parking lot at the hotel but it’s not a great walk if you’ve got a lot of luggage. The valet isn’t ridiculously priced, so if you have a lot of bags, spring for the valet. You can call the valet from your room when you’re leaving and they’ll have the car waiting, too – a huge plus when you’re in a hurry. The rooms are standard-size, a fairly average Hilton room with the typical appointments such as mini-bar (the kind with sensors, which I personally despise), Neutrogena products, in-room movies, etc. The location is really why people choose to stay here – the rooms aren’t special, just a clean place to sleep and relax when you’re not out taking in the rest of Dallas.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I want to tell them how great the girl was at the front desk. She remembered my name after check in and was extremely helpful. Every time she saw me she called me by name to say hello. I wish I could remember her name. The man who helped with the luggage was extremely helpful also.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I can see why, at first glance, some people might rate this hotel highly. Walking into the room seems impressive. The bed spread is nice and the tv is housed in an expensive-looking hutch.

But, at closer inspection, the room is a disaster. Mold abounded in the tub (in one corner, the spores were big enough to count) and it needed re-grouting desperately (the tiles were coming away from the wall). It actually smelled like mold. The tub also would not drain while I was showering, which is creepy and uncomfortable. The air conditioner would not go low enough to keep me cool at night. The sheet wasn't fitted, so by 2:00 a.m., it was bunched up on one side of the bed, exposing the mattress. They charge an arm and a leg for everything, including wireless access, which is free at just about every other, less expensive hotel. Prices are jacked up to a ridiculous degree ($100 for a bottle of Jack Daniels?). And the work-out center does not even have a weight machine, let alone a rack of free weights. What sled machines it sports (two of them) are constantly occupied by desperate exercisers waiting their turn to do low-impact cardio.

The people were nice, sure, but give me a break. Nice people should be the norm and the expected - it's sad that, as travelers, we're surprised by such a thing. You should not have to pay extra for good service.

I am sorely disappointed by this hotel. The Hilton family needs to do some work here.

At the cheap price, I expected the hotel to be just a little shabby, but it was not at all. It had marvelous location, hotel, room and pool.

The location was convenient to the freeway but not convenient to restaurants. I liked the very ornate and well kept interior of the hotel and the excellent expo center.

The room was very nice, comfortable, and clean. Amenities such as pool, restaurant, and bar were pleasant and satisfying. I would recommend this Hilton hotel and stay there again, myself.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The warm demeanor of the staff helped to alleviate any concerns regarding checkout time, services, and problem resolution.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre.

There are a set of rooms that are next to an employee service room. In this room are pipes, cables which produce an extremely aggravating noise, such as cables or pipes banging. I was put in the room next to this twice. This third time, I specifically asked not to be there and I was put elsewhere.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was a very nice hotel, but it was very noisy. There were too many children running around the corridors, because there was a soccer championship game in town. But I would still recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were not what I expected of a Hilton hotel. They were not clean and well maintained. The tub was dirty and so was the floor. The staff at the front desk was always very help and very energetic.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The employees always greeted me.

The service was fantastic. The front desk and the attendants were very friendly. They have great resources at hotel, like room service, cable TV, gym, etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel made me feel content: I was satisfied with all the amenities and the service. They made me feel at home. It was very comfortable, I was able to relax. I was not in need of anything and nothing I needed was difficult to obtain.
