Okay
I stayed at this Hilton for a business trip. The rooms were small at this Hilton. The room I stayed in was relatively quiet. The staff was professional. The shuttle service to the airport was good.

I reserved handicap accesible room with roll in shower. Room did have a roll in shower but nothing else about the room was accessible. Could not get in the bathroom due to the door to room opened into spring loaded bathroom door. Once I got door open I could not get my wheelchair into the room due to the toilet and sink was to close. The bathroom door was loaded with so much pressure you could not open without it quickly shutting. There was no cold water in the room for 2 of the 3 nights. Scalding hot water only. Could not get under tables or bathromm sink if I wanted to due to a wooden rack under sink that was there for decor purposes. The iron and blow dryer were on the top shelf in the closet which I could not reach and the room was cluttered. Construction was being done on the floor the whole stay. Power saws were cutting molding all day. They also provide transportation to and from Reagan Airport but do not have a wheelchair acessible van for the disabled, even though I had made arrangements with them prior to coming I ended stuck at Airport for 3 hours until they got Hyatt to pick me up. Manager brought issues up to higher management but told me she got no response on correcting problems for future customers. Breakfast was excellent.

I made 2 reservations under 1 credit card. Both showed up and informed the clerk at check in but still got "NO SHOW" charge later mysteriously. It was a mistake that would be easy to correct. However, getting it fixed is a nightmare. I've been passed up and down and around. Everybody accepted the hotel's mistake and promised to correct but nothing gets done. The Big Hilton Corps does the same.
