This hotel made me feel respected: Employees were very polite and respectful.
I felt that the room that we were given to stay in was pathetic for the price we paid for it. I always thought that all the rooms in that hotel were like the ones you see on tv. We could have paid 50 dollars for a Motel 8 room and it would have been nearly this bad..
Everything went fine. I spent very little time in the hotel.
This hotel made me feel secure: The layout was designed such that it was a secure feeling to be there.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They were very polite people and they kind of welcomed me with open arms.
This particular Hilton - Columbus at Eaton Center - has excellent staff members. They were courteous and very attentive to any request I had.
This hotel made me feel secure: Security staff and very attentive hotel staff.
It was a very nice property. I had a bad experience at the Hilton in Cincinnati so wouldn't stay there again.
This hotel made me feel content: check-in and check out were easy and hassle free. The room was comfortable and pleasantly furnished.
This hotel made me feel elegant: It was fancier than any hotel I'd ever stayed in before.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Felt welcome and comfortable. Everything was efficient and quiet.
Everyone on my floor was upset with the egregious food prices. Who pays $9.00 for a hamburger? Not me! We had to walk 3 miles to eat reasonably priced floor, outrageous!
