Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel - Page 4

It was a beautiful hotel right in Cincinnati where we wanted to be.

Although our accommodations were more than we expected, the noise level and lack of sound insulation of our room made sleeping difficult. We were also very displeased with the level of service from the mandatory valet.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Staff was very efficient and room was great.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was very much big enough for myself and the three other people with whom I stayed. The bed linens were the kind that you just sink into, and after a long day of meetings, that was much appreciated.

This hotel made me feel excited: We were in town for a concert and the staff helped feed our excitement. They took their time and made us feel welcomed.

I was upset that they close their pool room after 10:00pm. I am a night owl and since the pool is away from the rooms feel should be able to use them anytime throughout the night.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we spent the previous night at a different hotel and left due to the poor treatment we received. The Hilton was not a hotel we expected to stay at, but we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room we stayed in was just wonderful - the bed was nice and I enjoyed the comforters. I think they had recently redesigned the rooms - it was wonderful.

For the price we paid, we really expected more than what we got. The Hilton accommodations and rooms are no different than any other hotel. We stayed at a Ramada Limited and it was no different (except for the price that is, we paid $70 less to stay there).
