I liked everything at this hotel; everything was fine.

We attended a festival within walking distance of the hotel. The location was perfect, the hotel was beautiful and I slept in the most comfortable bed!

I expected excellent service and got it.

I thought the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, although a little on the small side. The only problem was that it was a very large hotel and trying to find the room was like navigating an obstacle course. Overall, though, I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is in a good location in historic downtown Chicago. But with the price paid for the room, one should expect free high-speed Internet/phone/and baggage check. We were charged extra for all these things, and the bed gave both my wife and me backaches.

This hotel is in a good location. They have excellent beds and linens, and a very courteous staff. It's in a nice, central location for what downtown Chicago has to offer.

This is a nice hotel with wonderful facilities. The hotel staff is usually very good, but there are many there that just seem to 'go through the motions' in doing their jobs. I like staying there, but have been in much better hotels from the standpoint of service.

The location of this hotel is wonderful and it has very easy parking.

This particular hotel was what I expect from Hilton hotels. It was clean and well appointed. From the front desk to the maids, everyone here was friendly for Chicago. I also like the location because it is close to the action in downtown Chicago.

This hotel was comfortable and a great value for the price. The continental breakfast was terrific!

I highly recommended this hotel due to its wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and location in downtown Chicago. Personnel were informed, considerate and made every effort to please us. The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only improvements that I can think of would be to update to electronic thermostats and fan controls in the room and a ceiling fan in the bathroom.

The stay was wonderful. My friends and I stayed at another place down the street the first night and canceled our reservations for the second night to move to the Hilton Towers. It is a great hotel, we were more than satisfied with the room, facilities and cleanliness. The night before, at the Excel Inn, we had been kept up all night by a party down the hall that was broken up by the police around 3:30 AM. The Hilton was just great and next time I'm in Chicago it will be my first choice for accommodations.

The bedding was wonderful, the TV big, the view great, the lobby beautiful. Our only complaint was that the desk clerk said that she would take off a bottle of water that was included in our bill, but when I checked my bill, I still was charged for the water.
