The hotel was extremely comfortable and convenient to many amenities in the area. The staff was very courteous and service oriented. It was unfortunate that the hotel did not have an airport shuttle service.

This hotel made me feel practical: I felt that the Hilton hotel was practical in that all of the services that I expected were easily accessible and had staff that made their guests feel welcome. the layout of the hotel was user friendly and easy to use. I felt that any of my needs could have been easily accommodated by the staff.

The location was very convenient to get a taste of Chicago. The service was excellent.

My favorite Hilton brand is the Embassy Suites. They are terrific for families with children. The rooms are spacious. The complementary breakfast and the manager’s reception make staying easy and convenient. The pools are usually very nice. The Hilton Honors Reward Program is also a nice benefit.

I loved having two baths. The level of luxury and ambience was nice. I liked the small but comfortable rooms, excellent location, and the shuttle to downtown areas. I disliked the air conditioning function. The staff did not honor requests for service/billing/check-in. There was a fee for baggage hold, and check-in was inefficient. We had requested early check-in and were told we would be called when our room was ready. We were not called, but returned to the hotel at normal check-in time to find that the people occupying our assigned rooms had requested late checkout and our rooms were not ready. The air conditioning was not cooling properly.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: It is a historic hotel complete with the luxury found in hotels of the era in which it was built (around 1910, I think). It's right on the lakefront at Grant Park, so there is a beautiful view. I usually don't stay in nicer hotels, so this was a nice change from normal for me.

I would live in this hotel for six months of the year if I could afford to! It is super!
