Our rooms were not ready. We had to wait one and a half hour and still only one room was ready! One room was given a discount for the wait. The check in staff seemed curt and unhappy. Although there was a teacher's convention, the hotel should have hired additional staff to accommodate the customers!

Our room smelt like smoke and when we asked they said they could not switch us. We originally asked for a smoke free room. When we called the front desk it took awhile for someone to answer and the staff was very rude.

It was a nice open bar at night.

It was a good stay. There was a problem with the heater in my room. It was fixed quickly. It was a nice hotel, with big rooms. They had a great concierge on the executive floor. The alcoholic beverages were very expensive.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds are the best I have ever slept on. The sheets are what I like. The towels always looks as if I am the first to use them. They are never worn or thinned out.

I stay here for four days every June and I look forward to the totally pleasurable experience all year long! Everything is perfect except the parking garage fees.

I liked the location of the hotel the most. It was right across from Lake Michigan, close to the Field Museum, Soldier Field and Millennium Park. Rates can be pricey but the staff is very professional and helpful. I dined almost everywhere else except the hotel with the exception of the buffet which was above average. The omelet station was the best there.

The hotel was very beautiful. The service in the restaurant and at the bar was not very good. It took at least twenty minutes for the servers to acknowledge my party every time we ate in the restaurant or had drinks in the bar. I would advise going at a time when there isn't a major conference booked at the hotel. The service personnel seemed overwhelmed by the increased demand for service.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The comforter set was absolutely heavenly. It was like sleeping on a bed of feathers. The room was appropriately furnished with nice wide and deep chairs and a handsome writing desk.

The location seemed to be at the end of the Magnificent Mile which after a while was okay; at first it seemed to be a royal pain. The hotel staff was excellent in getting cabs and proper directions. I have already recommended a Girl's Weekend shopping excursion and they are working on it for the holidays!

The hotel has a good location and you are able to walk to great restaurants and bars. It is very comfortable, a bit expensive, but it has all that is expected from a Hilton hotel.

The room was cold so I had to get the heat turned on, but they came up quickly and resolved the issue. The only other problem I had was when I called after getting home to verify the parking bill. The agent that answered was pretty rude.
