The rooms were very tiny for the price we paid.

Room service is generally cold and not very good.

This hotel made me feel inspired: It was such a nice place and location.

It's an impressive hotel and the beauty of the decor was phenomenal.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The room had to be changed; the staff was very helpful and moved our bags for us.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was friendly, the room was very well prepared, etc.

This hotel made me feel respected: No matter where you went in the hotel you were greeted and made to feel at home.

This is one of my favorite hotels and certainly my favorite in Chicago.

I had some serious problems with the heating in the room.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: Being able to use the well-equipped fitness room was a wonderful experience. It was spacious, clean and had state-of-the art equipment.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Hilton. It was very well kept and run efficiently. For one splurge, I can overlook the cost toward our family's budget, but we could not afford to stay there on a regular basis.

This hotel made me feel excited: It was exciting to stay in an elegant, historical building, which we normally wouldn't do. With 3 children, we usually stay in a lesser-priced hotel, but we decided to splurge for reasons of location/vacation plans. The booking receptionist was extremely friendly.

The staff was excellent in providing restaurant information along with directions.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They complimented the room and knocked on the door to make sure everything was all right!

I thought that it was a very ornate building, especially the grand ballroom.

This hotel made me feel secure: I left a briefcase in a meeting and the security people quickly located me and returned it to me.

The rooms are becoming shabby. I asked for a king bed and received 2 queens. Even though it was supposed to be non-smoking, the room smelled like smoke.

It was more expensive in regards to the size of the room. It was not worth the cost.

The reservations were wrong. I was not happy at all with the business trip I had there.

The rooms were okay; they were as nice as before, which is why I came back. The front desk was informed that I had help issues and needed to refrigerate my medicine--nothing was done about it. I became ill during check-out and the staff never inquired about my needs.

More detailed information as to amenities in the room and the hotel in general would have been appreciated.

I am usually satisfied with Hilton. My expectations are high and they are usually met.

They need to add high-speed Internet to every floor.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The Chicago Hilton is an 'elegant' old world hotel. You can't help but feel 'elegant' in the surroundings, even when dressed in jeans.
