Hilton Charlotte University Place Hotel

This was a beautiful hotel. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in. We were on our honeymoon and this was a fantastic hotel experience!

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The sheets were so comfortable. The rooms were large and comfortable. The atmosphere was great.

I cannot believe the incompetent service they have here, and yes, I'm still here. I have not had maid service in three days. Each day I've had to check-in because they have lost my information. I have asked the front desk each day to have the maid make up my room and each day when I get back to the room, it's not done. I spent 45 minutes at the front desk after the first night, because they didn't even know that I spent the night here. I don't know what they are doing wrong and would be out of here, except that my company is paying for it. I'll bet anything they don't forget to bill me!

The hotel was clean and I enjoyed my stay there. The only thing was that we had to wait a little longer for our room but they upgraded us to a suite which was nice.

They provide good customer service. The hotel is reasonably priced for the name.

The check in guy tried to talk to us for like half an hour when we just wanted to check in and get to our room. Other than that, the service was fine.
