It's a very nice hotel. It has a friendly staff and nice rooms.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very friendly. They drove us to local restaurants and offered suggestions for dining. They switched our rooms with no problem per my request.

I enjoyed my stay. They have a friendly hotel staff, and the place is clean and pretty.

This hotel made me feel important: We were part of a family reunion group and one of three large parties at the hotel. In my opinion, the hotel staff did a great job of making each group feel as if they were the only group in the hotel.

I reserved a non-smoking room and stated I'd be coming in late. They didn't hold a non-smoking room for me and had to ask to be switched to another room the next day because I'm allergic to tobacco smoke.

It was totally enjoyable. The atmosphere was quite elegant. The employees quite gracious.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I felt pampered there because the valet service was outstanding.

It was very nice. We attended a wedding there and the staff treated me very well.

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure there because they have the secure locks on the door that only open with the special plastic keys. When inside you can bolt and secure the door so nobody can enter.

I had to change rooms twice due to faulty equipment (air conditioning and lighting). The phone in my room did not work. The desk clerk showed no sign of caring about my plight. I was exhausted from a day of flying and a missed flight.
