The hotel was very nice but we were disappointed that we were not forewarned that the pool was closed. They did offer transportation to a nearby hotel but with children, it was inconvenient.

This hotel made me feel welcome: It was a pleasant atmosphere.

It was extremely well located for us as we were leaving for a flight the next day. The room was great, clean and comfortable and it had all the amenities we could ask for. All the service staff we encountered was great.

This hotel made me feel content: I was so happy we decided to stay at the airport before our flight instead of driving very early in the morning. The hotel had a points room available for us and it made the whole trip more enjoyable.

The location and shuttle service to and from the airport was great. It had great food and a friendly staff. It was a comfortable room.

The location of this hotel was great. The hotel was very nice. However, the staff was not overly helpful. My husband tried to call for a shuttle pickup from the rental car company, and was on hold for twenty minutes. Also, the concierge was not very helpful.

I was pleased with the quality and excellent room service. I may buy some of the Hilton brand bed linens due to the experience with the fine quality! Room Service was excellent, and delicious, on time and very fresh. It was a very nice stay. Hiltons are everything I've heard they'd be from friends and family.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: A nicely decorated room that wasn't too much. The comforts were just right, with wonderfully comfortable bed and sleeping accommodations and a great bathroom with lots of hot water.

I disliked the good location, but disliked the bad service at check-in. The hotel was overcrowded and there was not enough staff at the restaurant or lounge; thus, bad service. Also, there was no cell phone reception. I had stayed at Boston Bay Back just before this trip and that stay was very good.

Their shuttle service is awful. I waited forever to go to and from the train station and the airport.

The hotel restaurant was bad - bad food and service. All else was great.

The location was perfect! We were able to drop off our rental car, catch a shuttle to the hotel, then walk to the terminal through a skyway to catch our early morning flight. Hilton, of course, is a high-class hotel, although you don't need to be high class to stay (because we're not!). All in all, they made us feel very welcome, from the moment we pulled into the driveway, until we left the next morning.

The hotel was amazing and staff was very nice. Shuttle service was very nice as well.

I liked the hotel's propitious location, comfort, and service. It was relatively expensive compared to my budget, but I got that which I paid for.
