The pool was much smaller than expected and it was dirty. The people were not very nice, and the room was dirty.

The hotel was located in a perfect spot for tourists; there is plenty of shopping in this area and lots of sites to see. I didn't like the fact that we had to pay $30 to park there.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The bed was extremely comfortable and the entire scene from our room was great.

I had an incredible view from a room in a beautifully designed fabulous hotel, staffed by a caring and attentive staff that go out of their way to make you feel at home in the heart of Boston's Back Bay.

The hotel was fine overall, but the desk staff was less than helpful in helping me make arrangements to get a rental car. I was ultimately able to make the arrangements on my own, but would have appreciated a bit more help from the hotel staff. Other than this minor item, the hotel was as expected for the price.

The main dinner course (chicken) in Boogles was inedible. Indeed, it was noxious: tasted like charcoal-lighting fluid. The wine list was unimaginative and occasionally overpriced (wine at more than three times retail price for a bottle). The hotel Staff, on the other hand, was superb. The room was pleasant. I very much enjoyed the staff and the accommodations.

This was an excellent place to stay and I highly recommend it. We went for Thanksgiving and will go back for sure.

This was a very nice standard hotel. The beds were comfortable. The maid service was very good and it was quiet. It is nicely located in Boston near lots of shopping and restaurants.

I love all Hiltons. They are clean and comfortable.

I was only there for a few hours - it was fine. It was close to my meeting which was nice, but we knew that before we stayed there.

They do not expire point for the honors program if I'm not staying.

It was my first time in a Hilton and they had a weekend deal that allowed me to stay 3 nights, but pay only for two. That deal was a surefire way to get me to come back.

This hotel made me feel secure: They would screen calls if asked to do so and they also had a security team on hand as well.
