The hotel met our expectations. It was nothing special, but not overly expensive. It was close to Quincy Market, bars, food, shopping and North End, but still not in the most convenient location.

The hotel needed upgrading, it was outdated and somewhat dull.

It was, as expected, an enjoyable stay.

I found this Hilton hotel to be of exceptional quality. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. The room service was excellent.

The hotel was centrally located to the convention center. There were restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel had clean and up to date rooms.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I received a room upgrade, a complimentary cheese and fruit platter and limo service.

I enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything was perfect, just as we expected, having stayed there in the past.

The bathroom was small with repair defects. We wanted to stay an extra night and the price tripled.

The staff at check in was extremely inexperienced and it took over an hour to check out due to problems with the reservation.

The staff was very efficient and the hotel had a good location.

I liked the location. I did not like the parking arrangements, it was too expensive, there was no discount for hotel customers.

It was an excellent experience and I would definitely stay at the hotel again!

It was ok, about what I expected. If you drive do not use valet parking as you do not need to use your car in Boston as public transportation is cheap and convenient.

I had an unexpected emergency and had to go to a hospital late at night. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting a cab for me and told the directions to the hospital.

It was really perfect. The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. It was a perfect location for the Haynes Convention Center, also close enough to downtown. If my company was not paying for it though, I would not have spend that much on a hotel room.

This hotel made me feel important: It was really a very lovely hotel, and much more posh than I would usually stay in and therefore, I felt important.

The pool was not as nice as expected. But everything else was nice.

The bathroom tub was peeling, it needed to be refinished badly. The bathroom was old.
