Hilton Boston Back Bay Hotel

It was a nice hotel with good facilities.

The location is wonderful, close to many things to do and the accommodations are great.

I liked that the hotel made our convention very welcome. The staff was generally helpful and friendly. I loved the physical aesthetics of the hotel, too. I disliked that the elevators kept breaking down. The restaurant was expensive, and the hotel was a little too isolated to go out and find other places to eat.

The front desk staff was a bit abrupt. The housekeeping staff was excellent in workmanship and friendliness. The convention snacks and beverages were very good and the lunches very formal. It's a great location. It had a wonderfully comfortable and appointed bed!

This hotel made me feel relaxed: There are several comfortable, public areas to sit and read or work on a laptop. They had very nice rooms for just taking it easy.

The hotel was centrally located to the convention center. There were restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel had clean and up to date rooms.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I received a room upgrade, a complimentary cheese and fruit platter and limo service.
