The night security latch on my room door was just about to fall off the door when arrived. I called for it to be fixed, and after returned from a late afternoon meeting and dinner, it had been fixed.

Sheraton is usually highly touted, which is why was surprised at the service received. For such an upscale hotel, would think they would hire people who had a better grasp of the english language (i heard more 'ebonics' than anything else), and the.
