Paper thin walls...I could hear the guest in the next room peeing! Rudely awakened at all hours of the night by people talking in the hall. To top it off, luke warm bath water. You would think a Hilton hotel could provide hot water!
You have to pay extra for wireless internet. Hotel staff not very friendly or helpful. Requested help in the business center and someone came after about 30 minutes, then did not know how to help me. All I needed was to print out my airline boarding pass. The printer wasn't working. This place is horrible!
