Hilton Arlington and Towers Hotel

The hotel had a very pleasant decor and a professional, helpful personnel.

This hotel made me feel content: I felt well cared for. I felt secure.

The hotel was accommodating and close to the metro. However, the room was double booked within ten minutes of arriving and when trying to remedy the situation the gentleman at the desk was somewhat insulting. He kept asking us to calm down, but no one was excited. His attitude was one that he was talking down to me.

The pillows on the bed were nice and soft making it easy for me to relax and fall asleep at night. The office furniture in the room was nice, but the executive chair was a bit uncomfortable as it leaned back too far and it did not have an upright position lock. If I go back to Alexandria, I will be sure to spend money for this facility.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The furniture in the room was comfortable, but the pillows were exceptionally soft. I also felt welcomed and comfortable on the club level when visiting the common areas for breakfast and happy hour. The accommodations met my expectations and they made a tough week of business much easier to cope with.

The location was in the perfect spot. It was right on the Metro Line so my access to D.C. was easy. There is a mall about one block away lots of restaurants in the area. Every time I go to the area, this is where I will be staying.

The location proved adequate for our needs. The staff encouraged viewing of the local sites and gave good directions them.
