I was very disappointed that the room was very dim and hardly lit. The bathroom was extremely tiny and it did not seem to be very clean. Also, the beds were not that comfortable.

I am not likely to return to the Hilton Anchorage.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I liked the location, it was close to the convention I went to. It was close to downtown tourist attractions, too.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Anchorage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The pool was broken. The hotel had a good location, the rooms were comfortable but they showed heavy wear. There was a lot of traffic in the area.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hilton Anchorage.

We were not able to spend much time at the Hilton hotel in Anchorage due to the fourteen day cruise and land package. Much of our trip kept us moving with shore excursions. The Hilton hotel was very comfortable and the rooms were beautiful. I hope the next time I visit Alaska I will be able to spend more quality time in their hotels.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Anchorage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room was small, and hard to move around in. Parking is across the street in a lot and is $8/night.

You can pay for valet for $14. They’re not very child friendly. I would at least like to have had a microwave in the room. Their staff was nice.

I did not like this hotel. I expected a lot more for the price. The room was small and the bathroom was tiny. All the furniture and the decor seemed very outdated and the lighting was insufficient. It almost seemed dark and gloomy unless we opened the curtains and let in the sun.

I am not likely to return to the Hilton Anchorage.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I will be staying there again this August on my return trip to Alaska. It was a very good hotel for the money.

This hotel made me feel hip: My son was wearing his usual Steelers jacket and hat and one of the bellman just kept saying nice things about the Steelers and how cool it was that we were from Pittsburgh originally.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Anchorage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We spent one night at the hotel. It was on our first night upon arrival for a tour and then we cruise. The hotel and my room was fine, however we did not spend much time other than sleeping.

I have stayed at this hotel regularly when traveling to ANC on business. It was located in a central place. It was convenient, clean and friendly. There was no shuttle service with the airport, which was a bit of a pain. However, taxis were readily available.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hilton Anchorage.
I might recommend it to friends.

The fire alarm went off at about eight A.M. telling all people to leave their rooms. However, they did not tell them where to meet. Moreover, they did not alert all the floors. When we arrived in the lobby, the help were not directing the people out. The alarm was a false alarm but the management did not inform the people about it. Being in fire and rescue, this did not set very well with me.

I am not likely to return to the Hilton Anchorage.

The front desk service and maid service were fine. The beds were comfortable. However, there was a problem with our heater, it made a horrible clanging noise. We called the front desk every day for four days straight to get it fixed, but no one ever showed up.

I had a window view of a wall with no beautiful mountains, no water and nothing. It was a nice room to sleep. The hotel was right downtown to convention center, a mall and eating-places. It was just a twenty-minute drive away and you were in the wilderness.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff called me by my last name. They welcomed me and apologized for any inconvenience. They were very informant on places to go and see.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Anchorage.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
