They were not very accommodating about the baby we had with us but did eventually bring us a crib. I asked the cleaners to come in at a certain time and that was not accomplished.

I love all the Hilton family hotels I've stayed in. I've never had a single problem.
This hotel made me feel entertained: I loved the pool and bar facilities. Also, Disneyland is right next door.

The breakfast bar is great, they provide newspapers, and it's clean. The maid doesn't supply the conditioner along with shampoo (always having to ask for it). The largest towel could be a bit bigger. The mattress could be firmer and so could the couch.

One of our party lost her cell phone in a super shuttle, and when they wouldn't send it to her, one of the managers at the hotel went above and beyond the call of duty to retrieve it for her.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: The employees were very friendly and went out of their way to see that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Went to Hilton with a group of people some of who were teenagers. We booked a block of rooms and the second night, they suddenly gave one of our rooms away and locked those teenagers out of their room.
