The hotel was extremely underwhelming. I expected larger, cleaner rooms for the price, and it was a discounted price. The hotel did not live up to its hype.

Room service was slow and sloppy -- orders were slow to arrive, they were completely wrong and also cold. Even after we complained, no action was taken and we were still charged for the service.

The location was perfect for Disneyland. Shuttle buses were great and on time. The front desk help was just that, very helpful. The room was clean and had plenty of towels.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They helped us get train tickets for my daughter to San Diego. They went the extra mile to look up all train times and best prices. They even printed up a map to get to the station.

The Hilton Anaheim hotel was OK, but I expected better for the price.

They didn't have the right kind of room available for us at check in, so there was a minor issue with that. They resolved it well, though. Also, the closed circuit television that was supposed to be playing anime didn't work, but I don't know if that was Hilton or Anime Expo's fault.

For years have preferred Hilton, because have lifetime senior gold status, I expect, and generally receive, extra attention.

My first 2 choices for hotels were booked up. I chose the Anaheim Hilton because it was across the street from the Anaheim Marriott where we stayed last year. The Hilton was cheaper and liked it just as well.

This hotel made me feel content: It was convenient to Disneyland. The food in the restaurant was well prepared and the portions were good. Most of the restaurant were extra friendly and helpful. Anaheim resort transportation was very convenient.

I was treated horribly. The people were rude, terse, and unhelpful. The reservation desk kept making mistakes concerning billing information including one time where they 'completely lost' one of my payments for the night. How can you lose a payment?

It was a horrible experience. I was supposed to have a room with two full beds and non-smoking. When I checked in, I had one king bed in the smoking section. It was horrible.

The Hilton was close to the convention center, gave convention rates. 'Hip" or "Cool" are of no importance to me; at 71, know who and what am. The important thing was the convention, the hotel was a place to hang my hat.

I prefer Hilton as my first choice always. Their service and standards are the best.

I was not pleased with my experience at the Hilton due to an extreme lack of communication between their departments.

Hilton hotels are reliable in their service, so we count on them wherever we go.

Have stayed on several occasions with the Anaheim Hilton. Always a wonderful experience.
