The hotel's location was too removed from good restaurants. But the service was excellent, as always.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Anaheim.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Hotel Review by a traveler from Fargo, ND - Posted Dec 13, 05
32 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for business

The location and staff were great and I really liked that there was a Disney rep in the lobby, it made things easy. However the hallway carpet was 'bubbly,' it wasn't firmly affixed to the floor, and it looked like something from 1970. I have to admit, for the money I expected a larger room, with the trolley system. A tourist could easily find a nice hotel for a lot less and not be cut off from any attraction or from the convention center.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Anaheim.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I've always enjoyed my stays at this location. The service has always been above par. Its location is near Disneyland and other major attractions. I highly recommend joining their Honors program so you can earn free stays. I've used it for free nights and have been upgraded a couple of times without asking.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Anaheim.

Hotel Review by a traveler from Titusville, FL - Posted Oct 10, 05
43 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The location was excellent, but the rooms need upgrading, especially the bathrooms. The hotel's staff was friendly, but directions were not quite accurate (for driving). I loved the ballroom and lobby area. The rooms were sometimes susceptible to hallway noise. Many amenities were offered, including onsite pickup for tours.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hilton Anaheim.
I might recommend it to friends.

Hotel Review by a traveler from Canoga Park, NY - Posted Sep 26, 05
32 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for business

The hotel was much too tourist focused -- the prices are high for the services rendered -- $17 for a buffet breakfast? Internet service is standard at most places, and they charged $29? Plus, the wireless was not working properly. We were short of towels three out of four days, the tub was filthy, the television was static. Sound systems in training rooms were static and not consistent. But the catering staff was fabulous and catering food was wonderful.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hilton Anaheim.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location was great -- right by Disneyland. It was a bit difficult to find the elevators to the lobby, however, because the signage was confusing. The front desk staff had placed the sign on the counter for VIP club members, which seemed to indicate that we should queue up at that section of the counter. But then they ignored people standing in the line and made us check in through the regular line. Otherwise, everything was okay. The food was good, the staff was very, very accommodating and kind. The bed was extremely comfortable, so much so that we actually slept late and didn't realize what time it was.

This hotel made me feel content: The hotel room was very comfortable and sufficient in size for two people. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in away from home. We slept late because we were so comfortable in that bed.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Anaheim.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

47 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for business

I am always satisfied with the service in the Towers rooms at the Anaheim Hilton. My only suggestion is that Honors Gold/Platinum have a check in other than the regular front desk with all the conventions and tourists. I would advise that if there is a convention in the house to ask the Towers concierge to get their meeting schedule so you can schedule meals accordingly when the restaurants aren't as crowded (or room service).

This hotel made me feel pampered: There were amenities delivered to the room. I liked the robe in the room and the greeting by name whenever I entered the Towers Lounge.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Anaheim.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

50 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I reserved two beds and got one. I tried to check in earlier and they made me wait hours for a room with two beds to be available only to tell me there would be none that night and never would have been. The location of the room was extremely inconvenient.

I am not likely to return to the Hilton Anaheim.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Hotel Review by a traveler from Bala Cynwyd, TX - Posted Aug 11, 05
32 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for business

The hotel's location is great -- right across the street from Disneyland. The hotel front desk was very friendly; the person who checked me in recommended a room I would not have usually selected and it was great (the lighting was the only problem I had -- too little of it). The buffet for lunch at the restaurant was great (the service was very slow -- but it was also a big convention in town). I was very disappointed by the workout facility. For $12/day, the machines were very old and there were not very many cardio machines.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: I liked the free upgraded suite I received.

I am very likely to return to the Hilton Anaheim.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I liked its proximity to Anime Expo. I was disappointed that the anime video feed didn't work/happen. I was also disappointed that they didn't have the type of room we specified/confirmed available the first night.

This hotel made me feel entertained: It was near the Anime Expo.

15 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

Was decent, the price tag should be lower as Hilton Anaheim offers "casual" themed rooms. I liked the location, it was within walking distance to Disneyland and we had a view of the Anaheim Convention Center, which was terrific. Overall, not bad, expected more from a Hilton hotel, but nonetheless a good experience. Recommended.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hilton Anaheim.

Everything was fine at the hotel. I enjoyed a party that my client had arranged at the hotel (on the pool deck). I used the whirlpool one evening to unwind. The convenience to the convention center next door was excellent.
