The hotel was located just minutes from Disney World. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and how to get around it without spending a lot of money on parking. They were also able to tell the guest the restaurants around the hotel. We also liked the fact the hotel had a breakfast buffet so we could eat and be on our way to Disney World.

We were booked into the Hilton Honors Floor as usual. However, there was a thundering herd of teenagers with no adult supervision. They banged on our door, ran through the halls yelling at each other for much of the night. They removed our do not disturb sign from the door and the housekeeping waked us early. The security should be increased during the senior promotion activities. The teenagers should not be booked onto Hilton Honors floors.

It was a convenient location for convention and meetings.

The service was excellent. When called front desk about no razor, they arrived at my door very quickly with a razor. They were always so nice and accommodating. They even made follow up phone calls to make sure I got items or services as promised.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff addressed me as madam always.

The hotel itself was fine. A little smaller rooms and pool than I expected but nothing major about that. I did not like the fact that they charged for parking while staying at the hotel. If we had known about this ahead, we would not have booked with them. In addition, they did not have a free shuttle to Disneyland like many of the other area lodging. I would not stay there again.

It was a good location. There were trolleys a few times per hour to Disneyland and Disney's California Adventures. My room and the room service were great. The lobby, restaurant and the pool were amazing.

This hotel made me feel entertained: There were lots to do in and around the hotel like restaurants, shops, fountains, pools, theme parks, shopping strips, etc. The cable television was good.

The hotel was a pleasurable experience. It had many utilities for the guests to use and there were no factors disrupting the stay.

Overall, it was a pleasant hotel. The only thing that disappointed me was that all their televisions were severely outdated. I needed audio and visual plug for the televisions and found that they lacked them, because the televisions were very old. I had to make a separate thirty-dollar purchase at a local Radio Shack to get the basic television equipment that I needed. I was very disappointed with the hotel's ability to address my problem.

I loved it. It was close to Disneyland. My room was comfortable and big. The staff was friendly.

This hotel made me feel content: The staff acknowledged that I was a part of Hilton Honors program.

The one negative was that we specifically asked not to be near the elevators or the service room with ice and vending machines which did not happen. A thundering herd of idiots kept running to the ice machine all night while talking quite loudly. We were surprised because we thought we were on the Hilton Honors Floor which was ostensibly devoid of untamed children.

This hotel made me feel respected: Our reservations were all professionally handled by the front desk at check in.

This is a fine hotel. It's in a good location. It has speedy room service.

It was convenient for the convention I was attending.

We liked the clean, well kept rooms and the polite staff. But parking was a bit expensive.

This hotel made me feel content: The bathrooms were clean. The staff was helpful in providing toothbrush and toothpaste which we had forgot.

This is a prime location for visiting Disneyland. It is centrally located and nearby there are local restaurants and convenience stores. It provides good services at an excellent price.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The desk staff is very friendly and so is the bellman. They are always willing and available to help with directions, cabs, etc.

The location was good and close to everything. The hotel was easy to get to. The rooms were a nice size. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Orange County, CA.

The hotel has a nice location. The room was poorly lit and it was too expensive for its type. I will stay elsewhere next time when in the area.
