Happy overall with the hotel. However, be aware of some hidden charges. Parking was $11 on line, now $15/day self, $20/day valet. Also, to use work out room $14/day. Very courteous, good location, very comfortable.

when we booked our room at the anaheim hilton we went off the pictures on line. which were of rooms with feather beds ,down comforters, lg tv, coffee makers, room service all the extras. what we got was a 1980 miami vice style retro night mare. The room was dirty small and the tv was about 13" not the 32 that was advertised online. everything was stained the carpet the bedding the chair at the desk. I asked to be upgraded hoping to get a bigger better room. they said they could upgrade me to one of their new rooms. surprise the new room was the one advertised on line. I got that room for 30.00 more a night. i can not believe this hotel is listed as a good neighbor superior hotel for disneyland. the first hotel we booked at was the jolly rodger and we switched thinking the Hilton had to be better. We were wrong. We also had problems with the heat. It only worked if it was above 72 degrees below that the air came on. so we went with out heat the second night. the room service food was awesome and they have a starbucks in the lobby. that is about all i can say that was nice. The front desk said they were almost done converting all the rooms but at the hot tub our last night there we met one of the contractors working and staying there and he told us that the only floor that had been done was the fifth floor. and that the remodel was two years from completion. I will not stay there again.

The hotel was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our room walked out onto a terrace on the fifth floor. It was great!
This hotel made me feel welcome: Everyone was smiling and the employees were friendly.

The beds were very uncomfortable. They need to upgrade the twin beds to queen beds and get pillow top mattresses. Ordering outside delivery was not permitted unless ordering was through room service and this tacked on unnecessary fees.
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The hotel lobby was gorgeous. It reminded me of a five star hotel.

Overall the stay at the Hilton hotel was very nice. It was located right next to the convention center, which I was able to very easily walk to every day. Its location was also nicely located to several restaurants as well as Disneyland. When visiting use the hospitality desk. They were very helpful in answering any questions about where places were located and what there was to do in Anaheim.

Ever thing was great, except it was difficult to find my room. No maps of the facility showing the room location were available.
This hotel made me feel respected: They were very helpful in getting me to meetings, getting me land transportation and getting me to outside dinning facilities.

The service was good, but it charged entirely too much for wireless internet access and the workout room.

The room was very outdated as well as very poorly maintained. It had huge stains on the walls and the carpet, leaving me with a feeling the room was dirty and teeming with germs. Also, the front desk staff was not very courteous when answering questions regarding Hilton Honor points for this trip. Because of this experience, I will consider other hotels as a first priority choice in future travels.

Traveling for work and needing to be right by the convention center, this was a perfect fit for my needs. The accommodations are comfortable and relaxing, plus it is situated in the middle of a wide variety of things to do when the site closes.

The rooms have been refurbished and the lighting is great for reading. The desk was great in giving good references for neighborhood restaurants.

This was a superb hotel located near Disneyland. It was comfortable. The room had a great view of Disneyland and the food and service was excellent. The shuttle to and from the park was comfortable and on time. This is a great hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who asked. Neither my son nor I disliked anything about this hotel or our stay there.
This hotel made me feel secure: The hotel has twenty-four hour staff in the lobby area. We were also staying on an upgrade floor where you needed the room card to access the floor.

I liked the parking facility but didn't like the price paid for it. The room service was quick and efficient and the food was of good quality but the price was steep. The location was close to Disneyland.

The check in was a big problem. I was part of a group reserving a suite. They spelled my name wrong and denied me my room key because of it. I had to wait four hours for another member of my group to arrive and vouch for me. The suite was mediocre, and the service slow. My advice is to triple check that all information is correctly spelled when you reserve your room. Don't expect sterling service. The hotel is adequate if you don't spend a lot of time there.

It was pretty good

Unlike some people, our room was pretty good. There were a few drawbacks about it, i.e. small bathroom and a bit old, too, but other than that it was fine. The thing about the Hilton is you have a 50/50 chance of getting a decent room.
The desk service took a little while, but everything went rather smoothly after that. I will give them "extra credit" for having an incredibly nice lobby and convenient location for Disneyland Resort. Overall, you CAN have a good time there, but a bad one can also be in the cards. This hotel is for risk takers.

We expected much better

We picked this hotel over others because of the Hilton's great reputation. Unfortunately, we were let down. I can sleep through anything, thankfully but if my husband hadn’t brought ear plugs he wouldn't have slept at all.
From our room we could hear the elevator dinging all night. The hotel popped and creaked like an old house. Every time our neighbor's turned on the shower or flushed the toilet in their room, it sounded like it was in our room. We could hear the people walking around upstairs. The light from the hallway shined into our room at night.
The only thing good about the hotel was the location, so if you can sleep in a noisy, very well lit room, this is fine for you. But if you're looking for a good nights rest, I would not recommend it.

We stayed on the executive floor and the availability of drinks and snacks was great. We stayed during the tenting of our home, but it still felt like a little vacation because of the good service.
