Need high-speed internet in rooms. Conference service in hotel did not include all-day coffee and beverage service, which is necessary for long meetings.

This hotel made me feel content: We are always well treated at the Hilton Old Town. We feel like we are coming home.

It was a very nice hotel room.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: Lush bedding, gorgeous bathroom, thick towels and robe.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Left me alone. They honored the 'do not disturb' sign.

My one and only complaint with the Hilton is that the rooms are set up like 'every other hotel'. I expected something a little less ordinary and plain.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The Hilton staff was very friendly and very cheery. This is very important when dealing with people. Especially when they are trying to get some rest after a long trip. It definitely made me and my husband feel welcome.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained.

This hotel made me feel respected: At no time did any hotel representative treat any request or question with disdain. I was always greeted with a smile. When I was at the registration desk I was treated like I was the only guest there.
