31 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I liked the hotel, but I think that they should have wireless internet access and water available in the gym instead of having to purchase it. Also, I left my phone charger in the room and they told me it would cost twenty dollars to mail back, which seems really high and almost as much as it would be just to buy a new one. It seems like something they could do cheaper or as a courtesy to their guests. Just mail it back through the mail, I bet it would cost two dollars at the most.

to return to the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn.

Horrible
I've stayed at the Fairlawn Hilton several times during business travel. Each experience has been poor. I won't be going back since I’ve threatened to fire my assistant if she puts me there again! The overall cleanliness of the rooms is terrible. ...

This is an odd hotel. My view was of rooftop machinery. They had filthy furniture, broken a/c, moldy tub drain, you get the idea. I actually complained to Hilton when I got home.
