When we arrived we were given key cards to an occupied room. We entered the room and another guests personal belongings were in the room. We had to have our room switched and they had no record that the room was occupied.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hilltop Inn.

I had a horrible experience with this hotel involving a canceled reservation. Their unreasonable cancellation policy prompted them to keep the entire fee after I called two days in advance to cancel.
Multiple calls to the motel with complaints got nothing except the run-around and promises that the manager would call me and he never did. I will take my future business to a motel that shows some appreciation for their return customers. My advice: Stay away.
