New managers and Nice rooms, the hotel has just went through a renovation. The beds were very comfortable and has been nicely covered. Our room came with extra amenities - hair dryer, iron/board, fridge, micro, free wifi. Over all it is the best

I recently stayed at the Fallbrook Lodge while visiting there for a softball tournament. I was completely disgusted and would never consider staying in such a dirty hotel again. From the time we arrived our stay was far from enjoyable. The staff was very unhelpful. When you pay over 100 dollars a night the air conditioning should work, the blankets should not have stains, that shower should turn hot and cold, the lights should work, and you should not call maintance in so many times. I am far from a complainer, and just stayed in a 20 ft trailer camping for a week. When i pay this much money for a hotel, i expect it to be an enjoyable stay. I left feeling dirty and couldnt wait to check out. When the maid is cleaning the floor with a hudson sprayer you do not get a clean feeling. The sink smelt like rotten eggs, and the shower would not even turn hot and cold. Several of my team mates also had many problems including stained sheets, unflushable toilets, no curtains, no promised fridge, or a working tv. i would definatly spend the extra money to drive to Temecula before ever staying at such a terribly opperated hotel again! Consider yourself warned and STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

This lodge used to be nice, a few years ago. But now, under new ownership, it's really gone downhill. The new owners barely speak English, and do not understand our culture! The rooms are not cleaned properly. Also, we left the room while it was being serviced, and returned to watch some tv. With NO KNOCK, one of the owners entered our room. Our dog went to greet him (couldn't hold her back with no notice) and he promptly sprayed her in the face with some unknown cleaning chemical as he was afraid of her. I have an 8 pound terrier, friendly as can be. I will never stay in this filth again, and recommend you stay away, too. This is the only "pet friendly" hotel in Fallbrook. Make the 15 mile drive to Temecula or Oceanside to avoid staying here.
You've been warned...Stay someplace else!

For $77 a night I would hope for a place not to smell. This was about the worst place I ever stayed. I was stuck because there wasn't much available there if you wanted to be in town. I'd never come back to this place ever. For that money they...
