32 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel has a lot of potential, if the management improves. Construction on the road in front makes access somewhat difficult. Renovations in the hotel are somewhat loud. They lost our reservations both visits. First visit, they put us in a dirty room with no linens, then put us in the villa condo we reserved, but woke us up at 8AM for housekeeping. Second visit, they put us in another dirty room, then in one straight out of a motor inn in a horror flick, and finally into our correct room. This time we got a do not disturb sign to avoid the 8AM wakeups and were instructed to call for service when we stepped out or woke up. We called, but waited 3 days for clean towels and to have our trash removed! Nice pool and play ground. Decent parking, but our SUV was vandalized. Pretty business center but stone age internet connections and no cell reception in rooms. Overall, could be a great place, but definitely needs some work on service and management.

We were traveling with 3 kids under the age of 9. They LOVED the playground and the pool was awesome. My nephew keeps asking to go back to the big pool. Rooms were a great value! Only down side was ROAD CONSTRUCTION! People were very friendly...

Not the fanciest place, but even next to the 410 loop, no road noise paoblems. sleeping and lounge areas separate so you can watch tv as your partner snoozes in. Nice folks, lightweight breakfast, I would stay again. No morning door slamming noise...
