Horrible
the bellhop was rude. the parking was bad. you didn't get alot of channels on the tv. the internet wouldn't work. breakfest was last and it was cold. the bed was wet. black mold falling from the ceiling. the staff was rude. the lunch and...
After reading a number of negative reviews, at first I was a bit hesitant to make the reservation, but its location to the event I was attending in Lisle motivated me to ignore the reviews. Now I am glad I did it. I experienced nothing negative during my recent two nights stays in this hotel. I found staff helpful, quality of service good, in-door facilities (Gym, restaurant, etc) adequate, and considering the room charges, size of the room appropriate.
Rooms were way too small - not even enough room for two people to pass each other - Marriott should be ashamed. Our room was prepaid , part of a package deal - then an additional $11 charge showed up on our credit card. I called and was told those were fees our travel agency hadn't paid - ok, then talk to them, don't charge me. Many nicer places to stay at in this area.

I read reviews about the small rooms, but I got a two bedroom that was great as we had our son with us. Not your standard Marriott. The food in the restaurant was very good. Clean and friendly front desk.
