52 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Where to begin? I had requested a microwave and a fridge. Repeatedly. they never showed. the coffee maker had no handle on the pot and no lid. since there was no lid, the coffee would not come down into the pot and it overflowed. we had a room reserved for four people, and they only provided towels for two. we left a note for the next day asking for additional towels AND THEY GAVE US EVEN FEWER TOWELS. check-in took a ridiculous amount of time, and the parking was ridiculous. no luggage cart was available. cars parked in front of handicapped ramps, so if there had been a fire, anyone in a wheelchair would have been trapped. our electronic keys did not work. the pool had accumulated dirt on the bottom. The windows could be easily broken into, so nothing was secure.

35 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Need I say more? OK then I will. No air conditioning, no screens on windows (which do not lock) smoking in non smoking rooms, no hot water, Run and run fast from this hotel. They were rude and obnoxious when I checked out two hours after checking in.

29 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

First off, the hotel overbooked the weekend we stayed there so our double bed room was not available when we tried to check in. To accomodate the situation they told us to wait a "few minutes" while they got a room ready. The room they eventually gave us had dirty, stained bedsheets, as well as food and trash under the beds. The bathroom was equally as dirty. The parking is on a first come first serve basis so if the lot is full, you need to find parking on the metered streets. The walls are paper thin, and our neighbor was up all night screaming and yelling profanities. We also had a number of minor inconveniences, including the room keys not working and house cleaning waking us up early. HOWEVER, the real deal breaker was on the morning we were checking out, we found a cockroach on the nightstand. DISGUSTING. SEEDY. NOT WORTH THE DISCOUNTED RATE. I would have felt cleaner and safer sleeping on the streets.

21 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

While the outside looks very comfortable and welcoming. The rooms are quite disturbing. The fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling. There are mouse traps on the floor as well as a stall shower that did not drain down causing you too almost drown. I would not advise anyone to stay here withous a tetnus shot.

37 year old woman with a moderate budget

While checking in another woman came to pay her "rent", this is more of a residents inn than a hotel. I checked in and was given room 434. I went to my room and the key cardS didn't work. I went back to the front desk, which is no easy task as this is setup more like an apt complex than a hotel. The clerk gave me another card which again did not work. I again went to the front desk and was given an actual key. I returned to the room and still couldn't get in. I sat on the floor to call the front desk as I refused to walk down again. A girl saw me sitting there, and helped me out using the key and her body weight to open the door. She said this happened in the room next hers the previous night and that they needed to replace all the keycard boxes. Once inside I prepared for the evening and left taking my bag with me (thankfully) as I didn't trust the security of the room. When I returned there was a man letting another couple into my room. I said excuse me that's my room and he looked at me flabbergasted, I showed him that I had the actual key to the room. He asked the couple to go to the lobby and having already had it with this hotel I went to the lobby instead. I was then told oh no, you're in room 438, when I proceeded to show the clerk the keycar envelope that she her had written on she just went "oops". While in my room I could hear people in adjoining rooms talking about their drug usage and other seedy topics. The walls were paper thin, I felt like I was in the same room with these people. The next morning I was awoken at 4am with the thin walls allowing me to feel like I was in the bed with the next door neighbors doing it. I'm 5'6 and the shower head is shorter than I am. I haven't a single good thing to say about this hotel.
