Good
The Heritage Inn has always had accurate reservations, and the rooms are clean and quiet. Checkout is always quick and efficient. In the summertime, the pool gets some use, but other times of year, it is usually empty. There is a restaurant...

Good
It was a large room with Kitchenette.Needs to be repainted and new carpet throughout the hotel. If they repainted the hotel and put new carpeting in the hotel would be outstanding for the price.
We stayed at the Heritage Inn two weekend nights in June 2008. The hotel has been recently renovated, and we found our room to be spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and a welcome relief from the heat. There is a hot tub too, but...
51 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I booked this via the telephone as part of our September road trip. I was impressed with the telephone manner of the receptionist who even cut me a good rate.
It was supposed to be a stopover after Death Valley but for the second time of visiting, Death Valley was flooded and I couldn't stand another sodden journey into the Valley so we had to do a hundred mile detour! Result was we arrived later than anticipated but the friendly staff was most helpful. Turning up late meant we did not have chance to use the pool but we did use Victoria's the onsite restaurant. Nice staff running the place and the food was very good.
The setting is a bit dowdy, looks like it's a 1970's British hotel which I am used to as I am from England. Turns out that the hotel manager is from the UK so my instincts were right! The place was clean and as we had a suite, plenty large enough. A real bonus was the fact the room rate includes a full breakfast in the restaurant. This made the place very good value.
Plenty of Brits staying there as well who were working at Weapons range. If you need a Death Valley stop over and cannot face staying in one of the large corporation places, then this could well be worth a try.

Nice location, have been there before about 5 times.Breakfast took a long time, not enough staff for a group. I like this hotel, will certainly return.

Okay
I stayed in the middle of the week during very slow times. I found the counter staff to be fairly friendly; the night staff went a little further then the day staff and were knowledgeable about the town. I did have to switch rooms due to DSL not...

Excellent
Nice pool, friendly staff, good food in restaurant.Beds were a little hard. Board from a platform stuck out, which was a safety hazard. This was a great place for myself and my 8-year-old daughter to stay on a short trip. We loved the pool and spa....
Stayed at Heritage Inn a couple of trips because other hotels were full. Was disappointed each time. Room was average, although I appreciated the small balcony for enjoying the cooler night air.

Mediocre
They lose reservations a lot. The representatives are not friendly, in fact, they can be rude. The rooms are not very big, and do not have very many ammenitites. The parking that they do have is open and not very safe for vehicles. Also, their...
