It is observed that due to the convenient location of the property we have a high attraction rating. Chico's business market is increasing as well as its population due to the fact that we are within walking distance of both downtown Chico and California State University Chico, guests are compelled to find accommodations at the establishment. Upon first glance guests would find that the over-all appearance is quite attractive. The parking lot and perimeters are strictly maintained.
