Heritage Hue Hotel Traveler Review

Horrible! Your belongings not safe here!

Stay away from this hotel!!! The people are rude!! Staff at this hotel went through our belongings and denied it! One of our luggage was double knotted with a string and someone had undone the knot and items in the luggage was out of place!! Luckily, we took all of our valuables with us!! Additionally, when we were checking out they accused us of stealing a hideous decorative pillow of theirs!! They charged us for it!! Since we were all in the lobby with our luggage, we opened all of our luggage and gave them permission to look for their stupid pillow!!! They responded, "we'll the pillow is missing so you have to pay for it! Staff is NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!
