57 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The location was good..the hotel was good..the restaurant & bar was also good..however the staff @ check in seemed over whelmed & their disposition could have been a little better..after coming in @ 4:15pm to check in & the room wasnt available they gave me a ticket for a free drink at the bar(which was appreciated) when I returned after 45min like I was told to do..she told me to wait at the end of the line.. 5 others were there waiting..she was curt..I should not have to wait again..Then one day also our room door was left ajar when we returned from our day out..my guess it was the cleaning service...then the last day of our stay my brother in-law was locked out of his room @ 9:30..when check out was 11am....Over All it was good .we would go back there..just these few complaints..but no place is perfect
My family and I came in with a group of people for a wedding. The only thing good about this hotel was the cleaning personnel. Other than that, there was nothing to brag about. No one was curtious, the food was awful, no towels at the pool any...

The staff was clueless and rude. Our room smelled and there was no free breakfast. No one ever asked to see a room card on the way in at night and our bathroom was discussing. I truly am not one to complain about a hotel, as I just use them to sleep ...
