It's a completely smoke free environment.

I am very likely to return to the Heartland Inn Des Moines Airport.

They had great and friendly service. I loved the breakfasts -- they were very complete with variety. The hotel is accommodating to military families.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were greeted with a smile, and they asked if they could help us with anything we needed. Overall, they were very courteous.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They seemed happy to see us (we are repeaters). They mentioned the breakfast included in the price of the room and a barbeque on Wednesday evening.
