Horrible
but when a friend and I walked in we smelled old cigarette smoke. She is highly allergic, so this was disconcerting to say the least. The room seemed lovely on first sight, but was very stuffy and the dial setting made for not the best control. ...

The service was great, the location was perfect but as we walked into the lobby we smelled cigarette smoke (and it is suppose to be a non smoking hotel). That smell was everywhere and was in our room. We ended up leaving a day early it was so bad. ...
What a wonderful experience my GF and I had spending the weekend here! The staff were all friendly and helpful, even drawing maps for us to find our way around, and recommending places to eat.The fitness room was well appointed and the room was huge....
great everything else. but it's hard to like everything else when your back hurts from sleeping on a rock hard bed. i suggest sleeping on the couch, as it, by contrast, is incredibly cushy and comfortable.
From what I see here the rates I get in Vegas are much better. No thank you. i came to Ashville when my aunt lived there. But to me the hotel rates are much too high for my liking.
