The hotel is in a good location, and the rooms are in good shape. The beds are very comfortable. However, the exterior needs attention. There are problems with the exterior siding and rotting wood.
They had a friendly staff at all times of the day or night. We also received a personal note thanking us for our previous stay.

It was a great hotel especially for being a former apartment complex! The front desk employees were great in getting information or directions for us. The breakfast was hot and fresh!

The staff is nice, friendly. The breakfast buffet is really nice. The rooms and structure of the bulidings need some maintenance, mostly minor, but some of the wood (outdoor stairs, gutters etc) are starting to age and wear out. The outdoor walking...
Overall, some of the staff was helpful, but the front desk folks were not too knowlegeable. For example, they should know basic directions to destinations or have access to the Internet to find out. The bed was the worse mattress I've experienced...
