The location was great but with the weather in Syracuse, I would have appreciated more room service variety. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The DVD selection was great.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I felt valued because of the room, closet and bathroom sizes. The dining area downstairs was also nice.

I stayed at the Hawthorne Suites for two nights while in Syracuse. This is a first rate hotel starting with the concierge who was welcoming and professional. The suite was spacious, and the accommodations were superb. I've traveled a great deal within the US and also in Europe. The Hawthorne holds up extremely well next to the fine service in other hotels; and above and beyond regarding comfort. I would be delighted to book another reservation here the next time I visit Syracuse.

It was a great option for a family of four. We were allowed to have the comfort of our own home while traveling.

I stayed here for two consecutive nights during the work week. The complimentary happy hour on Wednesdays was unique, and all the rooms had 27" TVs with DVD players and cable. Their high speed internet was also fast, and the kitchenettes made staying there more like staying in a luxury loft.

This hotel made me feel important: Very courteous and helpful staff.
