my wife and i stayed here with our granddaughter the staff were great the room very clean ,cleaned every day my granddaughter loved the pool witch was very clean my wife really liked happy hour free drinks shuttle bus to disney takes a little time to get there having to make stops at other hotels but worth it in the end,easily in walking distance to international drive and the words biggest mc donalds and plenty of shops the i ride up and down interantional drive is a great way to the designer shops both ends of the drive you can get this service to the front door of wet/wild for a $1.25 or buy a ticket for the day for $4.00 and get on and off as often as you like theres are availble from the hotel hope you have a great holiday

Unprofessional staff, poor quality rooms & service. Building is old and still retains the smoke smell. Carpeting is old, my kids feet started to itch both barefoot and with socks on. We wore shoes inside the entire 5 day stay.
I was a guest at the Hawthorn Suites in February of 2009. The room had a small kitchen and sitting area. After unloading my dry cleaning from my luggage, I was quite suprised to find the sliding closet door in the bedroom off the track. I had to fix

I got a great deal, so I wasn't too disappointed, but you always get what you pay for. The shuttle service to Disney was nice, but the drivers always expected tips for just doing their job.
Overall, the property seemed to once be something decent...

The lobby is nice but the rest of this place is horrible. they should of informed people that they are going through a complete renovation for the entire hotel rather then having people get their and finding out the hard way by being inconvienced....
