Hawthorn Suites Orlando Traveler Review

Gross..!

My family and I were excited for the week away and were in need for swimming comfort and relaxation. The service was terrible, we had to call the front desk 4 times to ask for more towels, while my daughter stood in the bathroom shivering cold. My husband found mold on his bagel in the morning at the breakfast and the pool was gross and contained many band aids. We were given a room that smelt like smoke and dirty feet. The water in the shower was cold. I lost connection on the phone twice when talking to my mother and father. There were barely any tv channels, and my children were hard to please without some decent children channels. The beds were gross and I felt like i was sleeping in dirt. The rooms are small and the room service does not do a good job. This hotel deserves to go out of buisness for the way they conduct their service. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!!!!
