I had a great stay and I paid a great price. I would stay there again.

The rooms were dirty. We were told ours were no-smoking rooms but we were given smoking rooms with smoking across the hall. The lighting was poor and we could never get ice as it was always empty. The hotel staff at the front desk was rude.

The hotel was conveniently located near all Orlando parks. The price was really good for a suite room.

It was a pretty good place for the low cost. The rooms were surprisingly spacious. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. The only downside to the Hawthorn Suites was that wireless Internet was only available in the lobby.

The property was located in a great spot, close to Sea World, Universal, and Disney parks. The price was excellent! The rooms were clean! The service was nice! We were very pleased with our experience there.

The accommodations were dark. Had unpleasant odors. Felt very unsafe. Staff was barely responsive. Accommodations were not to the standard of the photos on website. Very disappointing. Generally unclean looking.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The beds were comfortable and the suite had good amenities.

Some times there was nobody at the front desk. I expected an evening hospitality hour, but there was none.

This hotel made me feel inspired: They had transportation to my exhibits, food, use of the premises for a private party. Just wonderful.
