It is a good place to stay, but the furniture, carpet, etc. is due for a change.

I liked the hotel's good location, nearby amenities, and pleasant personnel.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was attentive and respectful. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They know me by name. They have my key ready for me when I arrive. They go grocery shopping for me. They have a social night with free food and beverages. And so on and so forth.

I am very likely to return to the Hawthorn Suites Limited Decatur.

29 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The reservation was done incorrectly and then the front desk staff was rude. The bathroom was much too small, and the bed was too hard. I prefer Hampton Inns, and will continue staying at their properties, and not switch to Hawthorn Suites.

I am not likely to return to the Hawthorn Suites Limited Decatur.
I would not recommend it to friends.
