Horrible
carpet needed cleaning. no top sheet for the beds. found ants in the beds. the bathtub was dirty. had mold and mildew in the bathroom. i wouldn't stay here again.

25 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The staff was not friendly or helpful. The hotel is surrounded by parking but most of it is a tow away zone, we had to park across the street. On top of the high room rate there was a mandatory charge for a safe in the room.

Excellent
The front desk personnel were most helpful by letting us check in before 3:00 PM after a stressful trip. Our room was recently renovated, and very nice & clean.
