I stayed at the Hawthorn Suites for a wedding. The room was decent, however, instead of charging me $199.90 Total, they charged me 199.90 twice and then an additional $219.90. They held over $600 from my account for a week, causing me to miss paying bills, etc. They offered no apology or anything for this and they actually told me they had no record of those charges in the computer and I must be mistaken, even though my bank account said Hawthorne Suites. They were very unhelpful, and not worth the headache.

The hotel is near the freeway and shopping. The staff will see to your comfort. There are no restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed at the hotel during a holiday weekend so the staff was cut to a bare minimum at the hotel. As a result, the cleaning crew did a bare minimum of cleaning rooms and would only perform services on an ask-only basis. We were not made aware of this information and forgot to set trash outside the room in time for pick-up and had to dodge bags of other people's trash for a better part of our stay. The beds were not made and the basics were not taken care of. After paying $119 a night for our suite, we were very disappointed with what we got for our money.

My experience was very good. Our church had a women's overnight retreat, and I felt important because there was a sign welcoming us there. There were 4 women to a room, at $30 each, so it was kind of expensive, but it's a great place to go to be spoiled.

They had spacious rooms and comfortable furniture.
