I like this place. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. The location is covenient to most things in Greenville. The rates are reasonable.

I traveled with a friend, 2 dogs and 3 kids to attend a dog show in the area. It was perfect for us! The room was spacious, bathroom HUGE, fully equipped kitchen a blessing for anyone with kids. Location was great - we actually walked to dinner one...

This property has potential, but for the time being has many issues.
The front desk staff is very friendly, the cleaning staff lacks direction and motivation. Their service is inconsistent. I found someone's socks in my room, they forgot to replace a pillow case they removed, etc. It's just not perfectly clean.
The property has been renovated to a degree, so rooms have newer furnishings (not beds, they are old). They have issues with some of the infrastructure.

This is a very nice property with a helpful staff. I must stay that their housekeeping staff isn't the greatest. When I checked in, the room had cereal all over the floor and no one had swept the floor. I had to ask to have my bed sheets changed after a week and I got attitude from the housekeeper. The mattress in room 122 was old and very soft.
