Stayed here before several times a year. Hotel now has a “new owner” has no clue of running a hotel. Owner seems more concern with making money and loosing long term customers. Seems like a lot of cost cutting with the new owner. Price was increase because of one flat screen TV, new mattress and key cards. Most extended stay on this level (ex.Holiday Inn-Staybridge) have flat screens in every room. Nice hot breakfast not food that came from Costco. Previous owner had friendly staff from front desk clerks to house keeping. Made you feel like home. Everyone was extremely helpful I use to look forward to staying at old Arcadia now Hawthorne Suites. Very Disappointing. Hopeful this owner will get a clue or sell to someone who cares about customers first and cutting cost second.
There was nothing I did not like. I only stayed for one night but in that night I decided whenever I stay in the area the Arcadia is where I will stay. Staff was great. The room was a bargain in anyones standards.
Very good services. High speed internet, good breakfast, good personnel to help during working hours up to 10:00 pm. Big rooms with kitchen and all clean.
